Making a Will

Passing on the wealth of your assets to your heirs properly

There is no such thing as "too soon" when planning to pass on assets. We can pass on assets to anyone, and if we have made a will, we can be sure that all assets will be inherited according to our intentions. Without a will, the inheritance goes to the legal heirs, in the order and proportions set by law.

Making a will

Making a will sets out how your own assets will be managed, while you are still alive. It is not as difficult as you might think; there are only a few important precautions and recommendations.

Many people hear "making a will" and think it is only for the wealthy, or for those with hundreds of millions to allocate to their children and grandchildren. In fact a will matters for everyone, whatever their means, because it expresses your wishes before death. It is not limited to allocating wealth: it also ensures that the people you love will receive what you have kept for them, including certain rights, such as the right to live in your home.

Goodwill Toward

Making a will is also an expression of love and good wishes for the next generation, so that things go smoothly as you intended and conflicts that might arise later are reduced.
